5/11/2020 · I agree – I’m not sure why Microsoft are advising to adjust registry keys – it’s very hacky and not best practise (especially when lots of people are having the same issue) I’ll see whether re-creating the profile resolves the issue in this instance – we’re waiting for the user to return from leave.
4/1/2020 · The server message is Keyset does not exist Keyset does not exist . If different users log in on the same computers, their Outlooks functions properly. So I assume it’s something just in those users’ profiles, but I’d prefer not to delete the users’ profiles if there is a fix that could be done to each instead.
